Where termination results from a breach by you, don555 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance.

You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible outstanding balance will be returned to you subject to completed identity verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which don555 is incorporated and operates, as determined by the applicable operator license.
